Primus Private School offers a variety of co-curricular activities for Kindergarten and Primary Students. The co-curricular activities for the Kindergarten takes place during their regular school time. The activities for the Primary Section are conducted between 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm. The

Swimming
A good exercise for people at all age. Our children are given lessons so as to equip themselves with the art of swimming. They develop new skills, gain self confidence and involve themselves in lots of new swimming experiences by Grade 3 and 4.
Literary
The Literary Club aims to nurture the language skills of our children. The different activities in the club are elocution, dramatization, recitation and reading. The Reading club focuses on the slow reader and emphasis is laid to improve them. The Quizzing club aims to enrich the knowledge and intellectual capabilities of the students.
Music / Dance
As the saying goes “Music is the soul of life”. It is true as music is given more importance in our day to day life at Primus Private School. Music forms an integral part during all our cultural events at school.
The children are taught the intricacies of music such as Melody, Rhythm and Pitch. They are taught to sing in the right pitch and unison using the Do Re Mi Fa method. On a routine basis every child is given an opportunity to sing in the choir during the regular cultural programmes of the school.
Along with music, we provide our students a platform to discover their own innate capacity for the communication of ideas, thoughts, and feelings through the medium of dance.

Games/ Aerobics/Gymnastics
The school provides a well balanced and graded physical education which includes healthy sportsmanship. The children are introduced to the basics of Games like Football, Badminton, Table Tennis and Basket Ball.
We specially focus on different activities according to the age starting from Mass Drill, March past, Parades, Basics of Gymnastics. Special Emphasis is placed on the track and field games.
The Games and Aerobics Sessions allow all our students to gain a greater knowledge of the benefits of sports and physical activity towards a healthy life.
Art
Art is a way of making and communicating meaning through imagination. Art is a natural and enjoyable way of extending and enriching the child’s experience of the world. The aim of the Art Club in Primus Private School is to enable the child to develop natural abilities, express their ideas and feelings to acquire techniques and skills for creative expression.
Students are encouraged to explore their creative talent and given platform to express it. They are exposed to free hand painting and drawing, craft work, paper folding, clay modeling, collages, glass painting, mask making etc. The children are involved in the skilful making of decorative or practical objects. Their creative skills are unleashed in the cards that they make for events like Mothers Day, Fathers Day etc.
