KG I Sports Day on 13-12-2012.

The excitement on the grounds of Rajagiri International School was palpable as the little ones got set for their very first sporting event. The quadrangle wore a sporty look in tune with the theme of Aqua fun. he little kindergartners looked smart in their bright blue sports day costumes. The event kick started with the Academic Director declaring the meet open and leading the teachers & students into the Sports Day oath. The parents could barely contain their joy as they watched their little ones march smartly with their flags and placards. The Aqua Flow Drill stole the hearts of all present, as the children moved in synchrony with their attractive gloves to the beat of the music. The special drill was performed by the little champs with confidence as they moved their umbrellas in perfect harmony. The main event of the day, the races began. The little ones enjoyed playing games related with water to go with the Aqua theme. They all kept their focus on the finishing line and performed with great confidence. The Relay races had everyone’s pulse racing. The winners were awarded certificates. An interesting game for Parents concluded the wonderful morning. All the participants got colorful play sets to take back home. It was a great day, where all the little Kindergartners were winners.

KG II Sports Day on 11-12-2012.

The much awaited sports day was refreshing and was filled with energy and team spirit.  The ambience did full justice to the theme ‘Sporty jungle safari’ laying focus on the jungle and the animals .  The event was designed to encourage interest and develop skills in various sports and recreational activities .The gymnastics was breathtaking and the drills were a sight to behold.  The novelty races were  completely fresh and stood up to the theme.  The entire event thrilled the parents as they watched their children taking part in various events. The enthusiasm of the children and the teachers was seen throughout the event.
